Karaage is Japanese fried chicken that is usually made later than chicken thighs but I used chicken breast. Its much lighter in taste and lower in calories.
The ingredient of Karaage Chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- u00bd teaspoon minced roomy ginger
- u00bd teaspoon minced open garlic
- u00bd pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup oil for frying, or as needed
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
The instruction how to make Karaage Chicken
- Combine soy sauce, sake, oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and demonstrate to combine. Add chicken pieces and blend with ease gone the marinade. Marinate at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
