Karaage is Japanese fried chicken that is usually made later than chicken thighs but I used chicken breast. Its much lighter in taste and lower in calories.

The ingredient of Karaage Chicken

  1. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons sake
  3. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  4. u00bd teaspoon minced roomy ginger
  5. u00bd teaspoon minced open garlic
  6. u00bd pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  7. 1 cup oil for frying, or as needed
  8. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  9. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

The instruction how to make Karaage Chicken
